    Registration is for Charleston County parents that have students who are:

    • new to the district;
    • qualified to enroll in Pre-K (CD/Kid Evolution);
    • enrolling in kindergarten for the first time (see exclusion 'c' below);
    • moving from one school to another (see exclusion 'a' below); or
    • approved for a Student Transfer.

    Registration Exclusions:

    1. This process does not include students moving from unproblematic to middle school or heart to high school.
    2. If your child is returning to the same schoolhouse, they do not demand to be registered.
    3. Students currently enrolled in four-twelvemonth-old kindergarten programs in the district should not register as "new students." These students will receive 2021-2022 kindergarten information from their kid's school.


    Please note:     The registration procedure is not consummate until the school reviews and approves all registration forms and required documents.

    Registering Your Child for a CCSD School

    Out of Canton Residents/Students: Please be brash, pursuant to CCSD Policy JFAB - Nonresident Students, JFAB - R (its Administrative Rule), Policy DFG - Tuition Income, and Country constabulary, any pupil residing exterior of Charleston Canton is required to own belongings in their name, with tax assessed value of $300.00 or more, within Charleston County, in order to retain a seat they may exist offered.   • Returning Students

    • If your child moves over the summer and will attend a different CCSD school next schoolhouse year, y'all will need to annals for that school.
